Shipping policy
***Effective June 9, 2024***
- Free shipping on all orders over $20
- There is a $7 shipping fee on all orders under $20. These orders WILL NOT BE TRACKED and are shipped via standard letter mail with Canada Post.
- All orders are shipped from Ottawa, ON., Canada via Canada Post or UPS.
- Tracking numbers are only included with orders that meet the physical size requirements.
- While we strive to ship within 1-3 business days, during times of high order volumes it can take up to 5 business days.
- If an order has a mix of in stock, out of stock, made to order and/or special order items customers are given the option to have the available in stock items shipped right away, or to hold off and ship in full. This is for no extra fees and the option is given at checkout.
- Project bags are made to order and ship directly to you from the manufacturer. These products take 2-3 weeks to process.
- At times, some products get backordered from the manufacturer/supplier. If this happens, we will notify you and give you a date it can be expected.
- Special Order Items are not generally kept in large stock, but often ordered on demand. They usually take 2-4 weeks to process.
