For all Stitch Wit Kits, yes, if you would like to kit up one of my patterns with either a different colour or fabric count please email me at hello@stitchwit.ca before ordering and I will make a custom kit for you. Please note there may be additional costs depending on the type of fabric you choose.

All DMC Embroidery Floss is 100% colourfast and fade-resistant.

Care and Washing: DMC Embroidery Floss can be washed frequently without fading. It can be washed at a high temperature (95° C/203° F). Be sure to pay attention to the washing instructions on the fabric on which the thread was embroidered.

Yes, all Zweigart fabrics are colourfast and safe to wash.

Yes. While the bolts of Zweigart fabric are only 43 or 55 inches wide (depending on the type of fabric) I can have them cut by the meter (39"). Please email me at hello@stitchwit.ca for larger cuts of fabric. Please note, DMC fabrics cannot be purchased in larger sizes.

NEW! Yes I can send you a sample of any Zweigart fabric. If you are interested in a fabric but not 100% sure it's the right one for you, please email me at hello@stitchwit.ca and I can arrange for a sample of the fabric to be sent to you. Samples are approx. 4 x 6" and $5 each. DMC fabric samples are not available.

A special order item is a product I do not generally keep in stock, but order on demand. Usually these products arrive within 2-6 weeks. I will email you throughout the order process to keep you updated.

Orders with all items in stock will ship within 1-2 business days. If any items from your order are out of stock I will email you and give you the option of shipping the in-stock items that day and the remaining items when they come in, or to hold off and ship in full.
